I have been to 3 opthamologists since June last year regarding my vision issue. Dr. Aizuss is the first MD to provide sufficient information, guidance and possible solutions in the first ten minutes. Too soon for results, but recommended treatment changes are providing some relief. Can't ask for more than that in 3 days. More

This was my first visit with Dr. Aizuss, and I was thoroughly impressed. He is not only a highly competent doctor but also extremely knowledgeable and compassionate about his patients’ well-being. I have early-stage cataracts, and my previous doctor tried to push a $7,500 surgery on me. However, Dr. Aizuss acknowledged the cataracts but reassured me that surgery was unnecessary at this time, which I greatly appreciated.Despite the office being busy, I never had to wait long, and the entire staff was friendly, professional, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. A very efficient exam. I was taken back to begin my exam with a technician, within two minutes of checking in and moved along quickly for my eye exam from area to area. Dr. Aizuss came in and double checked what the technicians found. He is an extremely personable and friendly professional. He discussed the health of my eyes, my need for cataract surgery in the future and answered a few questions.Such a well run office. Probably one of the best experiences at the West Hills office. Marc took me back for "pictures" of my eyes. He is very personable. Next Dr. Iverson started my exam to get me ready for Dr. Aizuss. She is patient and kind even when you can't decide between lens 1 and lens 2. Additionally she went back without frustration when I wasn't sure. Then his assistant (Dark hair 20ish) set me up. Of course, Dr Aizuss was amazing as always, Jeanie Clark called to set up Cataract surgery before I even arrived home! Efficient, professional and nice all the way around. More

All appointments and procedures are on time and there are plenty of reminders of proper protocols for the patient. The BEST - Dr. Aizuss and his staff are knowledge, pleasant, and skilled. Any questions are answered and the results of my cataract surgery are miraculous!! I have been a patient of Dr. Aizuss for over 30 years. Generally, I have had eye examinations which have all gone well, but within the last month, I had two Cataract surgeries (One left and one right eye) where my lenses were replaced. The most pain that I had in the surgery was the implantation of the IV pre-surgery. There was no pain during The surgery or recovery. I am now seeing better than I have In years. I am a patient of Dr. Aizuss but he was not available for me to see in an emergency situation. So I saw Dr. Huynh. He and all the staff are very accommodating, pleasant and professional. I prefer this office to the one in Encino because it is not as busy or crowded with people, and I can get seen without waiting very long, which is not the case in Encino. More

As a CPA, in the middle of tax season I wish I would have been called at my appointment time.One, last comment - the young man at the front desk was fantastic. She offered no suggestiond in choosing glasses and actually told us that we could go somewhere else. All of the choices were mixed up by gender and our experience came across as annoying. Dr Saulny did a procedure on me in November 2020 for ingrown eyelashes in my lower left eyelid and so far it’s been 6 mos and no ingrown eyelashes! It’s miraculous! He used a machine to cauterize the lower eyelashes that were growing haywire. I’ve been trying to eradicate this problem since 2010. He’s a fabulous doctor along with Dr Aizuss. More
