Dr. Saulny is attentive and courteous and open to all questions. I definitely recommend him. This last visit the front desk staff did not even acknowledge me with a ‘hello’ once I reached the counter. I signed in and initiated a ‘hi’ before anyone even made eye contact and they weren’t on the phone or doing anything at the moment. It’s always best to be kind and happy, at least, I was to them. Dr Saulny did a procedure on me in November 2020 for ingrown eyelashes in my lower left eyelid and so far it’s been 6 mos and no ingrown eyelashes! It’s miraculous! He used a machine to cauterize the lower eyelashes that were growing haywire. I’ve been trying to eradicate this problem since 2010. He’s a fabulous doctor along with Dr Aizuss. More

Dr. Saulny was excellent and very welcoming. He made me feel comfortable for the surgery despite having many patients to attend to. He's excellent in what he does. I'm giving an 8 because most of the staffs were kind of rude as soon as I arrived. I felt like my presence and questions were an inconvenience for them so I refrain to ask questions instead. Also I felt like they were rushing to send me home despite the doctor's advise to let me settle after the surgery. I guess cause it was approaching the end of the day and staffs are tired and ready to go home? I drove home with a very blurry vision. Despite that, I'm giving an 8 because I prefer to tolerate rude staff but excellent doctor, better than nice staffs and not so good doctor. Thank you Dr. Saulny! More

Dr. Saulny is an excellent , conscientious , and compassionate doctor. He performed an excellent botox injection on my eye for twitching and it was 100% successful. And made my eye area look better. More

Wait times are often longer than I would like but the support team personnel are first rate. Covid awareness is high and their precautions are adhered to. As for Dr Aizuss his skill, knowledge and bedside manners are impeccable. Must be the reason for all the wall mounted accolades around the surgery.(Does he ever get bored with winning the ‘Best of’ every year?) Dr Saulny fixed my droopy eyelids a while back and although it didn’t make me look younger it sure let the light in. Jeannie, thanks for getting me set up for the cataract procedures and explaining the process. Fully recommend anyone to this practice in Encino and I bet WestHills is just as great. More

It felt like something was in there, but no one could figure out what it was. I went to FIVE other physicians, and each had no idea what was going on. However, no one went above and beyond like Dr. Saulny did. His methodical and meticulous check of my eye was much more than I had previously experienced. After lots of hard work, he finally found my problem and fixed it right away. I've had absolutely no trouble ever since that day. He even gave me his cell phone number to make sure I was ok. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Saulny.In addition, I went back to their office for contact lenses. Dr. Nguyen was also fantastic! She was super helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. All in all, I am very happy to have found them! More

I called to make an appointment and was able to get one the same week. They asked me to fill out the patient forms online, but the form would not submit. Frustrating....but I was able to print it out and hand it to them at my appointment.I saw Dr. Saulny, who I was concerned about seeing after reading the reviews, but I liked him. He was thorough and had them do a few extra tests on me due to a condition that I have. He seems like he's not from CA and he seems to get down to the point quickly. The staff were super friendly and I had a couple of them helping out. They seemed to be enjoying themselves and at the same doing a good job.We will see how the billing goes and I will update then.One star lost for parking - that valet situation is absurd and I refuse to park in that building. I recently had the most marvelous experience in having Dr. Saulny perform "droopy eyelid" surgery on me. I had the procedure this past Tuesday. It was as smooth as could be. Today is Friday, I have no bruising, no discomfort of a ny sort and I see much better and look much better. I could not be more pleased nor rate Dr. Saulny any higher. Dr. Aizuss, Dr. Saulny, and Dr. Kramar have all provided me with competent and compassionate care for the past four years. They've been thorough and good-humored as I deal with frequent minor eye issues including blepheritis, conjunctivitis, migraine-related visual disturbances, and central serous retinopathy. Dr. Saulny has been especially mindful of the time limits of my eye plan, VSP. The office staff could be a little better, like when they called me in for a routine checkup after I asked the person on the phone," will my insurance cover a refraction now?" and "I'm pregnant, will that affect my results?" The answers were no, and yes, respectively. I don't know if it was a training issue or a not-listening issue. But I recommend these doctors to all my friends and was concerned to see a lone negative review on Yelp. More

Although Dr. Elkins is fine I prefer Dr. Saulny. He is the best, and his staff are enjoyable. He does the best cosmetic work, even better than a plastic surgeon. Yes, right there in the office. I had an eye exam, botox, and fillers from him just yesterday. He is a true professional and really knows his stuff. No one knows I go to him for a little extra lift, which is telling in regards to his masterful work. Even my son doesn't know. You would also enjoy Alex, his assistant, what a riot. It makes going to the doctor enjoyable. More
