I've been a long time patient of Dr. Elkins and my daughter is now a patient of his as well. He has done corneal transplants on both of my eyes and I've done great. He manages my eye health issues so well and because of him, my eyes at 91 years old manage to watch TV, read and work around the house. I recently had significant issues with my insurance covering my eye medication and with his intervention, I'm able to continue on my medication. His assistant, Kelly, is a very kind and wonderful person as well. I recommend Dr. Elkins and his staff to my family and friends. More
