Dr. Elkins has been my ophthalmologist for a decade now. I put off cataract surgery for 2 years because of the pandemic, but I needn't have. Dr. Elkins, his surgical coordinator and staff wear masks, are vaccinated, and take every precaution against COVID.Recently, Dr. Elkins did cataract surgery (toric lenses) on both eyes. He and his technician painstakingly took precise measurements of the topography of each eye to determine the correct power, fit and position of each intra-ocular lens. Medicare doesn't cover toric IOLs, but I am so glad I paid for them--it was money well-spent. I have 20/20 vision now and only use glasses for reading--which is to be expected. More

Fine physician and very kind and thorough. Answers all questions and takes as much time as he needs. Because of aging he voluntarily retired from surgery. Refers to other outstanding physicians in his group for that. Skill set is phenomenal and clearly up to date on all modern medical techniques. Founded and built the most outstanding group of ophthalmologists in valley. Would refer anyone to Dr. Zeegan and members of that group. More

I am a recent transplant from NY to LA & my cousin referred me to Dr. Aizuss. I always had the good fortune of having a good ophthalmologist in NY, but now I have a great ophthalmologist.The staff who do the preliminary testing are friendly & very professional.As for Dr. Aizuss, he is warm, friendly, easy to talk to, explains everything clearly, & he is also a terrific surgeon. He referred me to a superb retina specialist when I needed one. Dr. Aizuss is the best. More
